Corn Mazes and Friendships

My favorite thing to do with these two at the beginning of October is go to the farm where we can get lost in the corn maze, attempt to rope a plastic steer, and ride on a train.  There's also a claustrophobic box maze (Audrey did this...I would never be able to make it through something like that), slides, corn hole, feeding and petting animals, tire swings, and proving how strong we are.
Audrey has the sweetest primary teacher who brought us a pumpkin she grew out of her garden.  Audrey had so much fun carving a pumpkin completely on her own for the very first time.
I'm so grateful for her sweet teacher who loves her.  She always emails me to see how Audrey is doing, she teaches meaningful lessons and comes by to visit often.  I have told her often how much of an impact I feel like she's making on Audrey, but I don't know if she will ever fully understand the depth of Audrey's love for her and what she has done for her as a teacher.  We have been so blessed to have such beautiful grandparent figures in our lives everywhere we move.  I'm so grateful!
